Welcome to our new redesigned web store!
Starting our web store in late 2018 we have crossed almost 2 years. If you have seen us earlier, our web store was a basic ecommerce website with a sleek design. However, our customers were facing few issues due to some technical limitations. Now we have redecorated our web store. A whole new decent look with more features and more options. As you can see, blog is one of them. That means we will be able to post updates, news, tutorials, reviews and many more for you.
What’s new?
We have focused on product navigation in our new design, which means you will be able to search for a product more easily. Searching for a product is now more easy with always top search bar.
We have added different payment options in checkout page. We used to accept payment via Credit/Debit card and bank transfer only. Now you can make payment using UPI apps like Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayTM, PhonePe etc and even PayPal too.
With our new design, we have added extra security for your data privacy. Now you can track your order details and history from your customer dashboard more easily.
Did we mention we are comfortable with mobile devices?
Our 2 year’s data analysis shows that most of our customers use their mobile phone to browse our web store. So, we designed our web store mobile-friendly. Our web store is now faster on mobile phones.
We are now on social media too. We have recently launched our official YouTube channel. You will find tips and tutorials from us. Don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel. We have also redesigned our official Facebook page. ‘Like’ our Facebook page to get regular updates on your Facebook timeline. You can also follow us on Instagram. We have enhanced our customer support too. We have added a separate and dedicated customer support menu in our new web store design. You will be able to reach us more efficiently via our new web store. We have added FAQ page which can help you regarding basic queries.
